My services include:
- 60-minute one on one session via Zoom
- Follow up email with summary of our session plus links, resources, referrals and an action plan (if applicable)
- Follow up session via Zoom or phone (if applicable)
INVESTMENT
Initial session: $85/h
Follow up session: $70/h
Birth Doula Support
I am currently working alongside Marisol Coutinho (an experienced birth doula, a dear friend, and my own doula) as part of the Flow Doula Collective. We both share the same pregnancy and childbirth philosophies and work together with families by complementing each other’s experiences.
We accompany you and your partner on your journey and help ensure a safe environment and a satisfying, wonderful and empowering birth experience. We draw on our professional training and wisdom to provide you with emotional support, physical comfort, educational resources and guidance in obtaining the knowledge necessary to make informed and conscious decisions during your experience. We can provide you with reassurance and perspective of the physiological process of childbirth, relaxation and breathing methods, soothing touch, positioning and other comfort techniques.
What is included in this package:
- Free initial 45-minute Zoom call with me
- Unlimited text support upon signing contract up to 3 weeks
- Two 2-hour prenatal meetings (virtual and/or in home)
- On call support for and during birth process
- One 2-hour postpartum in home visit
- Use of Rebozo and TENS unit
- Support with Birth Preferences (Birth Plan)
INVESTMENT
Package: $1700 - payment plans and details can be discussed in the initial call
Additional service: $200 - Birth Pool and Accessories Rental and set up - Home Birth only
Postpartum Doula Support
I am currently working alongside Carina Falone (a dear friend and an important member of my motherhood village) as each other’s official backup.
I provide your family with in-person support and information during the period after birth. I draw on my professional and personal wisdom to provide home care, practical guidance and emotional support to new parents, babies, and other family members during the first few months after the arrival of the baby.
My services include:

- Free initial 45-minute Zoom call with me
- One 30-minute virtual session (offered prenatally only)
- Newborn and mother care
- Sibling and pet support
- Feeding support
- Practical support (light housekeeping, grocery runs, light meal prep)
INVESTMENT
Day time support: $35/h - minimum of four hours
Night time support: $40/h - minimum of eight hours
Sibling Doula Support
As a sibling doula, I make sure your family is being nurtured and cared for while you are focusing on your body to bring another life into the world. I draw on my professional and personal wisdom to provide in home care, practical guidance and emotional support to older brothers and sisters (and pets) during this special moment for the family.
What is included in this package:
- Free initial 45-minute Zoom call with me
- One 2-hour prenatal in home visit (30-minute session with parents plus 1.5-hour time with older sibling(s))
- On call from 36 weeks of pregnancy
- Sibling support during labor (15 hours covered in this package)
- One 1-hour in home postpartum visit
INVESTMENT
Package: $975 - coverage for up to 15 hours of labor
Additional hour: $35/h - payment plans and personalized packages can be discussed in the initial call

“Preparing for Baby” Session
- Virtual session via Zoom
- Form with key questions that will help you understand your newborn’s basic needs (sent before virtual session)
- Personalized list of items needed for pregnancy, birth, mom and baby
- Support with baby registry
INVESTMENT
$75/h - discount offered to birth, sibling and postpartum clients
“Preparing for Postpartum Period” Session
- In-person session
- Form with key questions that will help you understand general postpartum dynamics (sent before in person session)
- Personalized plan to set your family up for success during the first months post birth
- Home set up suggestions to facilitate routine with a newborn at home
- Support with meal planning
